Swap V12 into BMW E34 is not popular modification, but sometimes we can meet such tuning projects. Engine BMW M70B50 is actually 2 engines M20B25. So E34 from beginning has long enough engine bay for such engine. But here was swapped M73.
From outside it's a simple E34 with wide wheels. And it's predictable because V12 is powerful and almost without electronics which help to transfer more power from wheels into road. So, wide wheels are only one what can help in this case.
