Here we have the white BMW M5 E39 on air suspension from Georgia, United States. Car is on wide custom made 3-piece wheels with red centers. White car looks a little odd with such rims. If it was my stanced BMW M5 E39 I would install more classic wheels. With not red centers. I'm sure red centers attract some additional attention, but for what? I own insane BMW M5 E39 on air suspension and I don't need to proof anything.

Probably this BMW M5 E39 would become a little slower on race track due to air suspension. But at the same moment car would be else more comfortable in ordinary everyday using. And don't forget about possibility to adjust suspension and fitment.
