Here we have an awesome blue BMW 740i E38 with some tuning from Washington, DC. And this German limousine has a few really interesting things. So, I offer to watch this at this E38 in more detail.

This is late E38. And I'm not sure if it's original color. But let's talk about tuning of this BMW 740i E38. The first we can note is a lip Alpina on front bumper. It can be even after market fiberglass panel. It looks great, but without decals and wheels from Alpina... The aim is unknown. As for wheels, they are looking like AC Schnitzer, which where produced by RH. But pictures have a low quality, so I'm not sure it it's original. Suspension is a little lowered. I bet on lowering kit. However, even with such minor changes this BMW E38 looks great.
