This is a late E38. I'm not sure if it's original color. However, no doubt, blue BMW E38 is rare. So, let's talk about tuning of this BMW 740i E38. The first we can note is a lip Alpina on front bumper. It can be even after market fiberglass part. It looks great, but this car has not decals and wheels from Alpina... Probably, owner just loves such styling and this lip makes a silhouette a little lower. As for wheels, they are looking like AC Schnitzer, which where produced by RH. But pictures have a low quality, so I'm not sure of exact model. Suspension is a little lowered. I bet this BMW E38 has a lowering kit. However, even with such minor changes this tuned BMW 740i E38 looks stunning.
