Here is an interesting American car from 2000s with interesting tuning. Dodge Neon SRT4 with such tuning war really cool in 2005, in epoch of "Pimp my ride". But such "sex spec" tuning looks odd in 2023. And this is not oddest tuning project from 2000s. Today I can say that Dodge Neon SRT4 in near stock condition is more valuable now. Some lowered springs and aftermarket wheels can a little change exterior. Lowered cars always look better. But all this painting, lambo-doors, etc... These wheels are looking outdated as well. All these modifications not cool now... But who knew 20 years ago? Anyway, we don't see what is inside...
