Here is a previous generation of Mercedes CLS in C218 body from Iran. The main modification of this CLS is a set of new wheels from Vossen. Wheels larger and wider than stock. Wheels are finished in bronze and they are looking not so bad on huge white sedan. Sorry, 4-door coupe, as Mercedes call this vehicle. These wheels are looking so huge that we don't talk about any lowering. Looks close to American donk style.
