M220 was not best generation of S-Class, even close. So, there are a lot of them already are dead. Here we see Mercedes W220 in a good condition, that already is a good base for old modified car. Fresh painting, cool wheels. And the last from important - lowering. Air bags allow to adjust vehicle's fitment and make ride more comfortable. Air bags instead springs were on W222 from factory. But in stock car couldn't get so low. Modifications and aftermarket bags with controller and other equipment will help. Looks great!
