Basically, as the most part of stance projects, this Mercedes W221 has just lowered suspension and cool wheels. As for suspension and fitment, S-Class has air suspension already from factory, but it can't become so low as on these pictures. So we need some suspension tuning. As for wheels, owner installed here wheels from AMG. They are large and look really cool. Probably they are not so cool as some famous aftermarket wheels, but wheels from AMG are amazing as well.
