Here is an awesome red restomod based on Trabant 601. These weird plastic 2-door sedans almost disappeared from roads. But sometimes we still can meet them. Trabant 601 has an interesting idea about plastic body. Due to it their bodies can exist many years. But there were a lot of questions about safety, ecology and other technologies.

This Trabant 601 has so outdated technologies, so it's quite easy to make a restomod. Body was restored and repainted in red, all trim is black, suspension was lowered. Small original wheels were replaced into larger 3-piece with polished lips and black centers. Black centers are looking good with black trim and stripes. Muffler is located under front bumper, interesting solution. Interior is fresh as well. This Brabant 601 has a lot of custom made tuning parts because you just can't buy anything to make it better. You will even have some issues with parts to keep this wonder alive.
