Here is an awesome black Celica from Kazakhstan with a few modifications. Wheels with polished rims are installed with some camber. It still doesn't hellaflush, but it's not so far from it. Off course this Celica from late 1990ths is lowered. Air suspension allows just lie the fenders on the rims. There are a lot of this styling fenders. Side skirts and overlay on front bumper are looking pretty cool.
