Likely such wheels are not so practical and comfortable in classic old European cities, but that's all for cool look. And the second modification, usual for stance projects, is an air suspension. Airlift allows this stanced Volkswagen Arteon to lay on the ground. Long sedans and liftbacks are always looking cool with such significant lowering.
