Without Chinese number plates you could say that this tuning project is from Europe or United States. However, let's take a look at this example of Scandinavian design.

Owner has installed awesome wheels but it's complicated to see them because they are black. We all mostly see gold brake calipers, but not wheels. However this stance Volvo V60 looks worthy. If wheels were more light it would be almost ideal tuning for such blue V60.
